Mr. CCC
The man behind it all. A faceless comic, he started the Canadian Comedy Cartel from nothing. Putting much of his personal funds into the project with a dream. The dream was to start a series of shows that meets his standards. The talent is curated by him, as well as the venues, and sometimes you can catch him doing set or hosting a show. His unique style is what makes the CCC brand what it is. The shows are in every way an extension of his own taste, which prioritises talent and unique perspectives above all else. Zero arbitrary restrictions. A fearless host, he will take you down a road you would never expect and having you laughing the entire time.

Samson Cooperman

Pure neuroticism embodied. A man born to tell jokes. His expressive faces and mannerisms are broadly funny in a way that is simply impossible to compare. Samson’s credits include OFF-JFL, OFF-HBO and OFF-Comedy Central. He also once gave Sugar Sammy the light and left at the beginning of his set. You can watch him live in Montreal, Ottawa, and NYC at comedy clubs and venues all over. His favourite comedian these days is Pablo Francisco.

George Assily

George Assily is one Canada’s most eccentric comedians on the comedy circuit today. He is often introduced as “an experience which has left audiences unsure of what they watched but they know they have never laughed harder. A ferocious comedian, roast battle champion and is also one-half of the Lebanese Weight Watchers Podcast with his co-partner Cesar Makhoul. George is a must see for anyone who loves to hurt from laughter.


Peter Bowen

An expert storyteller hailing from right here in Montreal. Bowen’s comedy is inspired by Dave Chappelle and Richard Pryor. Peter Bowen is a regular at the 3rd Floor Comedy Club (as well as the rest of the list minus David), providing his unique POV, and killing audiences with his off the cuff comfortable delivery. Whether it is about his travels to Japan, his experiences with homeless people, or working at the airport, you are sure to enjoy how he sneaks his punchlines up on you.

Mathew Bourjieli

An unassuming smile hides his devilish thoughts. Mathew is one of Montreal’s rising stars. At only 2 years in he has already surpassed many of his contemporaries and for good reason. He is truly one of a kind. A friendly affectation and a dark mind will sure to delight anybody who is a fan of such acts as Louis CK or Shane Gillis.

Arthur Sims Jr.

The newest up and comer in the scene, with less than a year of experience, hailing from Granby, Quebec, his stage presence is unlike anybody else. With a penchant for the uncomfortable, you will be surprised at what he can make you laugh at. A master of using silence to his benefit. He treats the stage as an opportunity to pontificate about his rather twisted past, and without a doubt, he is one of the most unique comedians we have had the pleasure of working with.

David Zuniga

One of the best producers in Montreal. David Zuniga’s mind fully activated the moment he first witnessed New York comedian Tim Dillon’s material. As a plus-sized homosexual comic himself, he has a lot in common. This propelled him to speak about his own experiences growing up in Brampton, Ontario on stage. If you ever see him at another show, just know he is silently judging the entire production in his mind. He has a unique eye for seating, lighting, sound, and the overall feeling of intimacy that lends itself to a rich comedy experience. You may not notice all the little details, but he would certainly notice the lack of them. His goal is to provide a smooth experience for all customers, with zero distractions from the crisp and clear sound of the performance.
